New headquarters of COAM

The COAM (Colegio Oficial Arquitectos de Madrid) is the most famous college in which the Spanish architects meet. This corporation of Public Right was established in 1929, inherited by the Central Society of Architects, founded in 1849. This professional college has a library with 40 manuscripts and more than 1000 books of the XVI and XIX century. The first headquarters was in Calle Barquillo, 12. The new headquarters was inaugurated on February 2012.
